2. Identification of the operator
The site is operated by Yorqentra S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789532-4, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 12, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, registered with the IGJ under No. 4521/2023.
3. Purpose
Yorqentra is a digital crowdfunding (crowdlending) platform that allows individuals and legal entities residing in Argentina to participate in real estate projects selected by the Yorqentra team.
4. Registration and eligibility
To invest you must be 18 years of age or older, reside in Argentina, have a CUIT/CUIL and accept our anti-money laundering policies in accordance with UIF Resolution 21/2018.
5. Nature of the investment
Published investments are collective loans to vehicle companies that develop real estate projects. They do not constitute bank deposits, are not covered by the deposit guarantee insurance and may generate total or partial losses.
6. Risks
All real estate investments involve construction, market, regulatory, currency and liquidity risks. Yorqentra does not guarantee returns. Past returns do not ensure future results.
7. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, trademarks, software) belongs to Yorqentra S.A.S. or its licensors. It is forbidden to copy, distribute or commercially exploit the content without written authorization.
8. Service modification
We may modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service at any time, giving reasonable prior notice to registered users.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Yorqentra shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site or the investments made.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
