1. Data controller

Yorqentra S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789532-4, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 12, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected through yorqentra.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect identifying data such as first name, last name, email address, phone number and investment information. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device type, browser and browsing behavior.

3. Processing purposes

We process your data to manage your registration on the waitlist, send you information about projects, comply with Argentine legal obligations, prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations required by the UIF.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your express consent when filling out the form, on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship and on applicable legal obligations under Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes and, subsequently, during the periods required by Argentine legislation (minimum 10 years for financial records).

6. Communication to third parties

We may share your data with technology providers in Argentina and the European Union, public bodies (AFIP, UIF, CNV) and external auditors, always under confidentiality agreements.

7. Rights of the data subject

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion at any time by writing to privacy@yorqentra.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, segregated storage, role-based access control and annual audits by an accounting firm registered in Buenos Aires.
